Okay I have had the disc cleaned 3 ($6) times I bought a "Lens Cleaner" ($11)that cleans something in the 360. Yet the Mother ****er still doesn't work. I can go thought everything roster, setup etc. but when I start to play the game it stops and says "Clean the disc with a soft cloth". WTF.

I'm no expert on the 360, but I'm guessing you've scratched your disc. If you still have the receipt you should be able to exchange it at the store you bought it, otherwise you might be screwed.
