Who is the best LT in the AFC East right now?
In 5 years who will be the best?

Right now: Matt Light
5 years: D'Brickashaw Ferguson (more like Week 8 2007)
Also, no guarantee Carey stays at LT. I wouldn't be shocked to see them go with a guy like Sam Baker in round 1 and move Carey to RT.

I agree with Matt, though I think Jason Peters has a chance to be the best. He's extremely underrated.
And I'd be shocked to see the Dolphins do that, only because their GM (Randy Mueller) has no idea what he's doing.

No idea what he is doing?
Cam Cameron was the best hire this offseason. Taking Ginn was a shock in round 1, but he has a lot of upside and WR was a need. Ginn has only played WR for two years. You have to love their second round in the draft nabbing John Beck and Samson Satele.
I think Dolphins have 7-8 win potential next season.
I also like Jason Peters. The Bills FO are high on him.

He gave Joey Porter, a 31-year-old linebacker who was the product of Dick LeBeau's system, $20 million guaranteed.
He was considered a joke when he was New Orleans' GM.
I'm guessing you didn't see the interview during the Jags-Fins game. The man is in way over his head.
I think the Dolphins are the one of the worst teams in the NFL.

Miami had to do something to give their defense an upgrade. Very few options in the free agent market this year. They did overpay Porter, but they didn't have many options either.
Didn't see the interview...is it on YouTube?
Dolphins are bad, but you have to like the pieces they are putting together. Saban held the team back and Ronnie Brown has been one of the most misused backs in the NFL.
I don't see the Dolphins or Bills making a lot of noise in the East this year...and with the Jets rise and the Pats dominance, will we ever see the Dolphins/Bills win the division in the next 6 years?

The thing is, I don't think Joey Porter is an upgrade over anyone. If you talk to any Steelers fan, they'll tell you how overrated he is. They said this while he was still on the team.
It's not on youtube, I just saw the game on the NFL Network.
