His contract is up after this year. He's going to command a large amount of money if he wants it. I don't see an Albert Haynesworth deal coming, but I do see 8+ million a year coming. (4 for 48 million is Haynesworth's deal)

Will NE pay it? Will he end up in Miami? Will someone else pay more?

Honestly, Miami needs a NT and so do a lot of people. NE's trading of richard seymour may have opened up some money, but I'm not sure it goes to wilfork (despite him being the #1 player on defense right now).

My fear is Miami.

The Patriots make it clear in the offseason that they were not willing to re-sign Wilfork when he make it known he wanted a new deal before the 09 season started.

He is gone.

Wilfork will be gone. Belicheat doesn't pay his players. He lets them walk and replaces them with another stud hes groomed for 2-3 years.
