Eastern Conference
Point Guard Allen Iverson C+ I don't want to say the fans totally f#cked this vote up, but the fans totally f@cked up here. Iverson might be one of the 5 best point guards in the conference, but I felt like there were a couple more deserving candidates like Derek Rose, Rajon Rondo, and Brandon Jennings who are all more deserving than Iverson. If Gilbert Arenas never brought guns to the Wizards locker room he might be in this conversation too.

Shooting Guard Dwayne Wade A+ Wade is the best shooting guard in the conference hands down.

Shooting Foward Lebron James A+ King James is the best shooting foward in the east and he can also play power foward or shooting guard if you need him too.

Power Forward Kevin Garnett B+ Garnett is the best candidate at power foward in this conference problem is he is injury prone. Chris Bosh is a little more deserving because he has 24.2 points per game and 11 rebounds. I love Garnett but he missed too many games this year.

Center Dwight Howard A- Best Center in the East I think Shaq would have also been a good choice though.

Western Conference

Point Guard Steve Nash B+ Tons of elite point guards in the west, but Nash is by far the best of them. Other deserving candidates include Chris Paul, Tony Parker, Deron Williams, Derek Fischer, Jason Kidd, and Chauncey Billips

Shooting Guard Kobe Bryant A+ Easily the best shooting guard in the West.

Shooting Foward Carmelo Anthony B- Carmello is good but I felt like Durant played better this year. Also Ariza and Ron Artest can be good too.

Power Foward Tim Duncan A+ Best Power Foward in the West

Center Amare Stoudamire A+ If Yao Ming wasn't injured he'd probably get the vote here but Stoudamire is the best center in the west outside of Yao Ming.

Allen Iverson is my 2nd favorite player and I don't think he belongs. I'd give that a Z-. Garnett over Bosh? That was pretty bad as well, but Garnett is Garnett and unlike AI he's actually done something this year. Other than that solid grading

Iverson being an all-star is why I hate the online voting.... T-Mac last year? Do these people even watch basketball or just vote for the names they recognize from 5 years ago

why does Nash get a B+ when he's "by far the best" PG? that makes no sense whatsoever

screw it just another stupid thread

What do you guys think about all the big name stars not playing due to injuries.... Will this have a negative impact on the all-star game that will be the biggest in the history of basketball?

Every shooting guard in the west besides Bryant is a scrub so if Kobe doesn't play I'm not tuning in.

It's completely justified. This All-Star Game is a glorified exhibition anyway, so if Kobe's hurt, don't play.

Still plenty of talent to watch between LeBron, Wade, Durant, etc.
