The Rockets, Kings and New York Knicks have agreed to terms that will expand the Houston-Sacramento deal into a three-way trade that lands Tracy McGrady with the Knicks, according to NBA front-office sources.

The Knicks will acquire McGrady and Sergio Rodriguez from Sacramento, sources said.

The Rockets get Kevin Martin and Hilton Armstrong from Sacramento, and Jordan Hill and Jared Jeffries from New York. Houston also will have the right to swap first-round picks with the Knicks in 2011 as well as take on New York's 2012 first-round pick.

A source close to the negotiations told ESPN NBA Insider Chad Ford that the Knicks' pick is top-1 protected in 2011 and top-5 protected in 2012.

Sacramento obtains Houston's Carl Landry and Joey Dorsey and New York's Larry Hughes.

Good got Jared Jeffries waste of a salary off the books. Plus I'm glad they kept Gallinari over Hill

Next up Lebron and Bosh! My fingers are crossed.

Nice job getting rid of Jeffries. Lebron seems to good to be true but it would be awesome.

It sounds like LeBron and Bosh are in it together next year if possible. But the Knicks roster is so completely devoid of talent that its not funny.

I don't think it will happen, but this trade definately makes it a possibility

As a Rockets fan, I love this deal. I hate giving up Landry, but Jordan Hill is essentially the same type of player and I think will be a nice guy off out bench. Jeffries adds some height, and Martin is solid.

I think Martin is gonna be great in Houston. If Yao can come back healthy next year, that is a very well-rounded team.

I hope we don't resign Yao, because he has been a burden to carry for a while.. but I mean if he is healthy, I like him. But the likely hood of him actually being healthy is rather unlikely... Once a big man sustains an injury below there abdomen... that pretty much spells the end of there career... aka Ralph Sampson.
