WR Darrell Jackson - Jackson had a disappointing year, but he can still contribute as a #2 receiver. Jackson has been to several pro bowls and had 956 yards and over 15 yards a catch last year. Salary about 2 mil last year.
Available in exchange for a: Mid to late-round pick (5th or 6th)

QB Trent Dilfer - Dilfer can mentor a young QB, and is a good locker room influence. Small salary.
Available in exchange for: Basically anything

FS Mark Roman - Roman started for the 9ers last year and is very dependable. Unfortunately for him, 2nd year man Dashon Goldson is pushing for playing time. Salary about 3 mil last year.
Available in exchange for a: Mid-round pick (4th)

OLB Tully Banta Cain - Banta Cain was a big disappointment last year, but he is in his prime and played well in New England. Salary less then 1 mil last year.
Available in exchange for a: Mid-round pick (4th or 5th)

LB Jeff Ulbrich - Can play outside or inside, 3-4 or 4-3. Good special teamer and can provide depth. Salary about 1 mil last year.
Available in exchange for a: Mid or late-round pick (5th or 6th)

Yeah, I think I'd rather go with a carrot, that way I don't have to buy Leftwich all those cheeseburgers.

lol Alex Smith an Untouchable? Seriously?

He's untouchable b/c no one in their right mind would pick up his huge salary. But he would be traded for anything, even vbsiena's carrot.:)

lol look at all those studs on the trading block lol

When you've got one of the crappiest teams in the league, it's hard to find good players to put on the trading block.
