Bengals are a rebuilding team Williams is going to be an UFA next year and I'm giving a 3rd and 4th for him. I understand that he was a 2nd round pick but Ryan Leaf was #2 overall would I have to give up a first today? Probably not. I don't see how this would be unfair at all, if you vote no please give a reason why! Thanks.
