the trade offer I remember was basically you asking me who I wanted from your block. that's hwy I wasn't interested.

I don't know. We might enable franchise tags though.

Depends if we enable free agent franchise tags. If we do then a team has to sign him to the top 5 average salary at that position. One franchise tag max per team.
Every other player will be up for grabs in the FA market.

No free agency until the last draft because then teams have a chance to resign their own in real life and give more trade options for the final draft.
