How many rounds in the next mock?

1) Unresponsive GMs dragged out the draft
2) Too many trades this time around

we should be able to do 7 rounds in a week if guys just pay attention and know who they're after. one round every day, email your big boards and do two teams per gm, so that the guys are actually on or PM the top fives. and guys who have homework just have to pop in to see where things are, and don't have to spend all night on, etc. it really should be simple if guys actually want to do it.

No, because Walter is running it and he said 3. Also, we already know we can't go 7, we tried and failed this time.

Well 49er if you don't listen to all GM's then you dont need to moderate. LISTEN! It's the biggest part of helping run anything. And the reason 7 failed is because there was no order in what was going on. That is what we are trying to correct.

1) Do polls for rules and then when they are set if people dont want to do it according to those rules you open the teams up for others to take.

2) You're already doing a pole to limit trades.

3) People think you people are going to draft someone for them whether they are here or not. They dont send their top 5 picks for that round to an Admin. so they get their pick. If they do not show up and have not sent their pick to an Admin. then the pick should be skipped and that person will make the pick when they show up. If no one shows up by the time their next pick arives then an Admin can take control of the team until someone else claims the team.

How about a compromise.....lets go 3 rounds and then do a poll at the end of every round after that to see if we want to keep going. This way Joey has to do five polls to get his seven rounds in, six if we do a poll on this idea:)

i think we could eek along a fifth round. i've got a lot of picks there, and fifth rounders usually make teams.

seriously, is there a rush to end it? i think we should keep picking until after the combine and then we can start the next one, four rounds, no trades, no FA.
