Why did my second account get banned so quickly?

Seriously, it was obviously it was me. I made it clear. I was just trying to not go to 10,000 with this account. I wasn't trolling and I was obviously just celebrating the Broncos win. Is this what this site is about now? We allow the crap posters to post a million BS threads daily, but we don't use common sense on other things? Is this how things are here now?
