That's all I got. I think he might have had a frow not sure. He was also skinny.

Just a guess. It's from the 90s and they remind me of each other for some reason. Any other information would be helpful, I'm very knowledgeable about music.

Pretty sure alternative ish/pop
It's okay if you can't find it I just remember a song that sounded like the 1st part of that song I posted with the video of a guy dancing in a mall with a frow.
