The mods ban them, but Walter has to ban the IP addresses to stop them from making new accounts. I'm still not sure how they bypass the graphical thing you have to fill in when you sign up.

The IP addresses they have are masked by programs like Tor or Proxify. Banning the IPs is useless.

Yeah, I talk to one regularly... or at least he talks to me and tries to get me to add links to his site. I posted a conversation of it during the regular season on my picks page.
