I had trouble deciding between "career backup" and "decent starting QB."
Quinn never really impressed me at Notre Dame. I know he didn't have much help, but he just didn't seem like a great pro prospect to me. I also don't like how he's handling his contract and autograph sessions.

Quinn will definately be a very good QB in the NFL. I have no doubts in my mind really. The #1 reason is he is going to have an elite LT in Joe Thomas.
If you look at all the great QBs in the NFL, they all have great OLs, and particularly great LTs.
Tom Brady: Matt Light
Peyton Manning: Tarik Glenn
Carson Palmer: Levi Jones
Matt Hasselbeck: Watler Jones
Marc Bulger: Orlando Pace
Philip Rivers: Marcus McNeil
Protection on the OL might be the most important key component for developing a QB in the NFL. We have all seen what has happened with the careers of Tim Couch and David Carr (so far).

Well, we have no idea how good Joe Thomas will be, and even if Thomas is good, that's still no guarantee that Brady Quinn will be a good QB. I could see him being solid, but not a Pro Bowler or anything.

I've decided to keep this poll up for one more day. People who visit the site while at work didn't get a chance to see it, and I think it's an interesting poll.

He should have enough weapons to be serviceable at the very least. Winslow, Edwards, what is becoming a good O-Line and a running back more than likely to be Michael Turner or a high second round draft pick should be good enough weapons to get him by.

Browns will definately draft a RB in round 2 or 3 next year. You can bank on that.

I think he'll be a decent starter with maybe a Pro Bowl or two before he's all done.

I hate Notre Dame more than any school in the country and I'm sad to say he'll be good. The hold-out is the best thing he could have done. Now he won't feel pressure to start and will come in half way through the season when Frye and Anderson show they should not even be in the NFL. So even if he is just okay compared to their play he'll look good

He may look good compared to those scrubs, but he's really falling out of favor with the fans. I can't believe he charged people $200 and forced them to buy products there. They're really bashing him on the radio over there.
