Not sure if anyone here likes soccer but this could be pretty big for soccer in the US. There are rumors that Henry make make a potential move to the MLS and as of now the Seattle Sounders FC (not yet a team, will join in 2009) are said to be the front runners for him. This will help more the Beckham I feel

before he goes to the mls
fenerbace will buy him or he will go to a team in france or england
he isnt old enough for america yet
and if he wants to play the worldcup 2010 he needs to stay in europe

Yeah, I think he has a few years left in europe before he goes across the atlantic...

Maybe it's just wishful thinking on my part haha... If we were as good as we were supposed to be last World Cup I feel soccer would have grown pretty well here in the US, Maybe if somehow we can show we can be one of the best in the world fans here will take on soccer!
