The last couple of days, everytime I yawn or eat something other than say soup, yoghurt or some cereals, I can hear a clicking noise at the back of my jaw which is really annoying me. I can't feel any pain and the bones in my throat/face don't really feel any different. Just wondering if anyone knows what this is and how I could get rid of this?

Maybe you're grinding your teeth at night.

If you're taking any kind of drugs or painkillers they can mess with your jaw.

I don't know how to help it.

If it doesn't hurt, it's probably nothing, but you might have TMJ. It's not a big deal, and it happens to lots of people. Here's a link to the mayo clinic's info on it, if you're interested.

I have had a similar problem. Like when I open my mouth wide when yawning that my jaw gets stuck or something. It's weird.
