QB and RB questions

So, I managed to pick up Brady Quinn from waivers to cover for the injured Schaub, but now I have a problem.

Do i start Quinn versus a crappy Broncos defense or Aaron Rodgers against the Vikings?

More questions:

- With Portis on a Bye my RB's are Gore (obvious start) and Slaton (vs. BAL) and DeAngelo Williams (vs. OAK)? I am leaning towards Williams but I am not certain.

- Do I start Dwayne Bowe or Cotchery as my flex-WR?

I would go with Rodgers at QB, Slaton at RB (I know everyone may go against this but Sage will need some outs and I see Slaton picking up about 5-6 receptions for 50+ yards on top of that on the ground and a possible score) and Bowe with the WR
