I hope to get my 2009 NFL Mock Draft online by tonight or tomorrow morning. I'm going to do the drawing momentarily. I'll pick names out of a hat starting at 32, going down to 1, sort of like the NBA Lottery.

11... Hmmm... Oh well. They were drawn from a hat. But this could happen if the Bucs don't have a QB and all their safeties flop. But I doubt it.

My favorite is the Falcons winning it all!!! HAHAHA. Maybe they just got rid of the QB position altogether and used all running plays. That seems to be the only way the Falcons win since they can't pass or catch the ball. Lol.

Scott, how do you determin who will be in the 2009 mocks since you have a lot of juniors (probably many more Jrs. than will actually committ to the 2008 draft) in your 2008 mock?

The junior situation is a dilemma, and it's why I've never done a mock draft so far in advance. But I'm just going to base it off the 2008 Mock Draft - meaning I'm not going to have McFadden going in the '08 and the '09 mocks. I have McFadden going in 2008, so he'll be absent from 2009. Conversely, I have Felix Jones coming back for another year, so he'll be in the '09 Mock.

The reason I did this randomly is because the NFL is so unpredictable. If you would have told someone in 1997 that the horrific Rams were 2 years away from a Super Bowl, they would have laughed in your face.
