What a great Christmas day lineup. I hated the fact that the Celtics lost, and I really don't mean to sound like every other fanboy, but the refs have 4 VERY QUESTIONABLE play calls in that game. But it's ok. Here are my picks for tomorrow (overnight lines I like).
5 unit picks
Knicks -6.5 vs Timberwolves
The Knicks have been slumping lately and need to get back on their feet if they're serious about making the playoffs. What better chance than the 4-win Timberwolves? The Knicks should blow them out by the second quarter. If they don't, I doubt they'll cover...just a hunch.
Kings +2.5 vs Raptors
Very good home team vs terrible road team that just lost to the Thunder...the Thunder!!! The Kings are very underrated at home, which is why the disapointing Raptors are given the advantage. I see them winning this one easily if they contain the Raptors' 3's.
Nuggets -7 vs 76ers
Nuggets should win in a good old fashioned blowout. They are strong at home and the 76ers are weak on the road. After losing to Cleveland at home, I see the Nuggets bouncing back strong against a Brandless 76ers squad.
