I'm avoiding all the Best Buy's / Circuit City's / malls, etc. as much as I can for the next three weeks. You couldn't pay me to be one of those people (I almost said 'idiots' but I want to make sure I don't possibly offend anyone here ;)) standing in line at midnight for a 5am opening.
Do you guys know - generally speaking, are the savings really that great? Or is the point being to get the hot items before they sell out - nothing having to do with a discount?
Beats me - I just think of this day as being, for women, their "holiday that's not really a holiday". Kinda like the first two days of March Madness for us.
