    • I thought Tango was a productive lynch and the logic against him was sound, especially considering the pinch for time we were in, but all these dead folks (and game mod) who know his win condition and intentions criticizing it makes me think otherwise now. Still, it's a million times easier to criticize someone's play when you're dead and know the right answer. From where I'm sitting PR's playing a strong, logical game.

By the way, am I the only person that doesn't follow games after I die? It's annoying enough we have multiple overlapping games and sign-ups for upcoming games. I can't imagine caring about a game I'm not a part of.

            • Proposal: stop running two mafia games at once. Start one game after the previous one has finished. People are getting mafia fatigue from having two games running simultaneously and starting a new game in the middle of the old one pulls people who are still alive in the older game away from their commitment.

It has nothing to do with deadchat. I think I can explain this without spoiling anything.

The whole point of that weeklong Day phase was to find a cult recruiter, right? I mean, I remember seeing a lot of talk about how you guys viewed it as essentially a LyLo situation. That was the point of grilling everyone and finding out their Night targets, right? At a certain point, that Day phase was an unmitigated failure if you didn't lynch that role. And you didn't get him.

Let's say Tango was the guy blowing people up (and I'm not saying he was or was not). He only killed two people, and one of them was scum. Was he really that big of a threat? Can you really tell me that was a successful Day phase? When you didn't kill scum and you certainly didn't get the recruiting role whose death was the stated goal of that Day's lynch, that's a tough argument to justify. If I was Town and still alive in this game, knowing what you guys know and excluding deadchat information, I would not be happy about what happened.

Eh, I'm 50-50 on this. On the one hand, yeah, people tend to lose a little interest if one game is in the tough grind-it-out stage and the other is a more active thread, but at the same time we started running multiple games at once because we had a lot of people who were bored and didn't want to sit around waiting for one game to end so they could play again.

They had a choice. They all made their own decisions. I was the only one on Tango when the countdown was put in. They easily could've finished off Dusty with the number of votes from last night, but they chose to go with me whose argument they had been criticizing for six days. I said "let's all vote for Tango" and that's it.
Rely on your own strength of body and soul. Take for your star self-reliance, faith, honesty and industry. Don't take too much advice; keep at the helm and steer your own ship, and remember that the great art of commanding is to take a fair share of the work. Fire above the mark you intend to hit. Energy, invincible determination with the right motive, are the levers that move the world.

I'm not saying it's your fault or anything.

I'd like to discuss why I think it was a terrible lynch, but I don't want to accidentally say anything that affects the game. That wouldn't be fair to the people who are still playing.

You would've let him run around and kill more people.
No, most of us said he was suspicious and we thought he could've been one of the recruited. We would've gotten to him after the real recruiter. What happened to worrying more about the recruiter than a killer? Regardless your plan of making everyone name their night targets led to me revealing my role which is likely what got me killed. Way to go. Anyone got the scumchat link for me?

But he was also one of the three possibilities to be the recruiter. There was absolutely nothing that said he wasn't the recruiter. That's one of the reasons you all sided with me I think. But what it comes down to, you changed your vote to follow me. All I said was I wasn't changing mine. I'm sorry that you think it was a bad choice of action, but you had your own free will.
