For the life of me I can't understand why Ray Ray Armstrong is rated so high....

Blackmon is the real deal. I don't have a problem with him being there.

As someone else who follows the Canes, I don't get it either. Forston still has a lot to prove on the field before he deserves to be that high either.

You've got to bear in mind, when Kiper does his rankings he makes an assumption that the player he's ranking is taking his game to another level during the upcoming season for a variety of reasons (matured supporting cast, offense/defense taking the next step, position coaching, etc.). His assumptions tend to be shared throughout the pending season, but he does rationalize why they're making the leap. He doesn't rank these guys based on history alone, rather history + progression + aptitude = ranking.

WTF has Kirkpatrick done to be #9 in the draft? Makes no sense. Bama bump seems to be creeping into the NFL. Courtney Upshaw is to low also.

                      Kirkpatrick has outrageously good measurables.

Blackmon shouldn't be that high, but otherwise it's all right. 2 Tarheels in the top 15 is impressive. Maybe get Michael Floyd in there somewhere.

6'3", and he's a good corner prospect. How often do we really see that? Six THREE!!!

product of the offense really. his biggest + is that he smoked a top corner prospect in Prince Amukamara.

gotta do more than that to be top 10 in the preseason though.
