  • Tweaked a muscle in my neck doing baby workouts today. I'm not sure how I did it, but it's stiff. Hopefully it's gone by morning.

    • I OHPed 1 plate for the first time today for 3x3.

      Did not expect OHP to be the first thing I'd get from the 1/2/3/4 goal lol. Started doing it seriously since 7/29

                      I weigh about 165 and mine is way lower. My lower body is so much stronger than my upper :/ I can squat more than Rofl but everything else is less.

                              I can't remember too well, but my form was pretty bad then. I would say a little more than quarter.

                              My legs are just way stronger than my upper body. Which is good, cuz my upper blows.

                              I did 290 6/8 reps before my shoulder started hurting from squatting so I moved to leg press for awhile.
