for me in football it was that i had 13 tackles, 6 TFL, and 4 sacks in one game at ILB.

Individually its hard to say for me. I've played some pretty sick Defense esp in high school (volleyball). As a team my best accomplishment was state finals my senior year.

I've been in the newspaper various times playing soccer in high school but probably best was for shutting down the best player and Mr. Illinois and being on back page of Sports section. ( He was a previous teammate on club and now plays in the MLS)

I once scored 5 goals and had 3 assists in a Hockey Game. It was quite an accomplishment as I was never a big scorer. I was just on fire for some reason that night. I still remember one timing a rebound from right between the circles over the goalie's glove side shoulder that was such a thing of beauty I'm still pissed I don't have it on tape.

I hit for the cycle when I was in little league...first hit was a triple, then a single, then the homer (I went ****ing nuts), then the double...I coulda gotten to 3rd base but I stayed at 2nd because I wanted the cycle lol (yeah my coach was pissed).

I got 2 more walks that day so I went 4-4...awesome.

Hard to pick out single games. The team I played bandy for once had a perfect season though, 18-0.

I broke the highjump record at my highschool as a sophmore.

In football I had 2 defensive TDs in the same game in the playoffs, and the game was televised on ESPN2. Also in highschool.

In Little League, I was the King of the 300' Triple. None of the fields we played on had fences in the outfield. I'd absolutely crush the ball, well, as much as a 12 Year Old can, but since I was so slow, I'd never get past 3rd by the time the outfielders chased the ball down and got it in. There were kids on my team that didn't hit it as far, but had way more homers than me. I actually didn't hit my first real Home Run until I started playing in High School, as it was a real field with a fence. I used to pop it over that all the time, but I never hit another triple.

I scored six goals in a roller hockey game when I was 12 or 13. Won the defenseman of the year award the year before.

I pitched 5 1/3 no hit innings in a highschool baseball game, with 11 strikeouts, a walk and a hit batter. I threw about 100 pitches. My coach pulled me, and came up to me after the 6th (We played 7 in high school) and said "hey, did you no you had a no-no going." I said "Ya, I was wondering why the hell you came out there", he said "tell me next time dumbass".

I got into the 5th inning two more times that season, but never had a no no.

I pitched 7 innings and struck out 15 later in the season, one earned run, two hits.

The next season I pitched 54.1 innings, with a 1.14 era and 70+ k's.

Mind you this is was on JV, my team went to state that year though.

I used to play roller hockey and in one game, I scored 4 consecutive unassisted goals in a single period. I was mad good before busting my knee.
