Mock Free Agency

Would be a fun thing to try...

Everyone gets control of one team. We auction off a few players at a time. People can bid as much as they want on a player, and the money they have to spend is based on their team's salary cap.

This won't have anything to do with the Forum Mock. Maybe something on the side.

What do you guys think?

Hmm I think it is an interesting idea...only one year contracts though...and everyone needs to be aware this is going on before we do it.

Also I plan to cut some players to free up some cap space (only 1 or two) and I will give a buccaneers.com article to show how much cap space I gain from cutting them.

Those two players are Greg Spires (asking a 5th rounder for him) and Brian Kelly (asking for a 4th rounder for him).

I was going to do the same thing. Very realistic cuts of course. Why keep it separate from the forum mock though? Lets all just keep the same teams and simulate their off season.

With the Browns resigning Jamal Lewis (No happened yet but it is expected in the next few weeks) I don't have anything I dont plan on fixing in the draft. Even though they aren't connected I would look at it as so.
