I believe some of the mods, and I'm not singling out you, are forgetting that
A) they were users less then a month ago
AND
B) There are many user that have brains
AND
C) There are 6 mods/admins with teams, and 24 users with teams.

all you have to do is check to see where it's at. not like you have to camp out for six hours each night.
