    1. Post the trades at the bottom of the page.
    2. With the 11th pick the Ravens select Geto Lovve-RB-GT
Then in your write up just post This pick was acquired from Buffalo in a trade that sent Buffalo a 2nd and 3rd round choice.

but whatever just will be boring as hell with no trade up's
If it's one or two trades, no one will be confused, but if you have 8 or 9 trades per round, no one's going to read it because it wouldn't be realistic.

      Well that is true.
Maybe you can accept only trade(s) that could happen

I'm with Walter on this. It would confuse too many people. Even with 1 or 2 trades.

I'm right here, and, from what I have heard, this is strictly a no trades mock.

Why not start the draft on April 1st as scheduled and then go through the first two rounds? Then we can stop at the top of round three (if needed) until we know what the compensentory picks will be. That way, we can get the show on the road as scheduled.

Not to mention that usually with things like this, it's the first couple of rounds that take the longest because people forget, there are kinks to work out, things like that. Having the extra time to complete those rounds would be helpful for everyone. Right? Plus, it's not like the compenstory picks are going to make any drastic changes to what people do with the first two rounds anyway. The only thing it could really impact would be some of the possible trades, but I doubt the impact there would be enough to make any real difference.

WFB Comments on Vikings @ Steelers Game Rigging
PuppyPuncher:"It sure was nice enough of Roger Goodell to let the refs from Ark-Florida officiate the Vikings-Steelers game"
NoNonsenseCoach:"As a Steelers fan living in Pittsburgh I can still admit that tripping penalty was a complete ghost call."
Simonds:"The tripping call was awful, yes, but there were a number of other absurd calls that went against the Vikings, including a DEFENSIVE delay of game penalty against the Vikings only called after a failed attempt to convert a third and 2 by the Steelers. Even the commentators were utterly floored that the refs made that call."
Wraith36444:"A shady tripping call on Minnesota essentially gave the game to the Steelers. The Vikings were the better team, but it is too hard to beat a decent team and the refs. Oh and Harvin is the man."
MaineMan:"I have to agree that it was an awful call and that it changed the outcome. Overall a great game by the Vikes and tragic that the well-deserved victory was stolen away like that."
PaddyPatriot:"I've seen this play and I have to agree, I can't believe they called it tripping"
Johndoe:"You know the officiating is bad when a Steeler's fan, like myself, thinks it was pretty bad."
Steelers_Pens_Fan:"I will admit that the whole "tripping" thing probably shouldn't have been a flag."
ZN0rseman:"It's great to know that good old fashioned pro football game rigging is still alive and well in America."
Klunker18:"I'm with Z on this one. Definitely one of those games that makes you wonder if the NFL wants certain teams to win."
TRICKaz"I agree that was a BS call"
InjuredReserve:"Have yet to hear anyone say it was the right call. Seems as if the Vikings were cheated a bit."
Eagles4Life:"Coaches just need to be able to challenge penalties"
EL_Guapo:"The tripping call was bad, the delay of game was stupid Either way, the Vikings showed they are a top team."
                EllijayFalconsFan:"The tripping penalty was rediculous."
Archon095:"Even as a Steeler fan I agree that the call was bull."
BroncosCon:"I'm sorry that was a total bull**** call and it changed the outcome of the game. Pittsburgh still won, but it was almost like Denver winning at Cincy."

Tony Dungy:"The Vikings are just one bad tripping penalty away from being undefeated.
Jon Gruden:"That was just a bad, bad call. It cost the Vikings an important win at Pittsburgh, and it could really hurt them in the post season."

ZN0rseman, that is what we agreed upon. A good solution for sure. As for the missed picks, those should be gone, since we are getting assistant GMs for people who aren't very active.

I agree with the no trades thing because if we can trade there will be way more than 1 or 2 trades. Also April 1st sounds good because that will give us plenty of time and we can always pause as vbsiena said

As far as the trade thing goes there are times to have fun with it and pretend you're playing Madden. You can just trade your azz off and make the thing as unrealistic as possible to scheme your way into getting the best possible scenarios, which is what Bills_Red has done in the current ongoing Mock. What he's done is great, if it was at all possible to achieve those trades, but the unrealistic meter is pegged to the limit. The problem in "reality" is that other GM's have to be willing to be that stupid and to trade that much with you and that is just not the case in real life.

Since alot of fans out there want to see realistic draft orders and trades I think it's best to keep it strictly by the order started because I don't think any of us have the willpower or judgment to really say what is reality and what isn't.

If we all wanted to just see a random draft order and the "possibility" of what could happen if all bets are off then we could just pop in our Madden '08 in the PS3.

Denver should be allowed to trade up a few spots. I say readers would be less confused about this than if they didn't.

It all depends what Walter wants. I think we need a strait answer.
