I'm starting to have second thoughts. The Vikings opened up -3 and is up to -4. People are pounding Minnesota, so matching line movement. I'm thinking about jumping ship to the Vikings.

Is there anyway they can both lose so the Bears can move up?

The Lions match up better to the Vikings. The Lions weakness in the secondary cannot be exploited by Tavaris Jackson, and they're not bad against the run. Kitna's no star but he won't fall for what Eli fell for. Close game to the Lions.

I agree the Lions match up well with the Vikings, but trying to pick games based off matchups almost never works. Otherwise, Ron Jaworski would hit 80 percent. I'd be more concerned with this line movement.

you have to understand that detoit has to win this game to make missing the playoffs that more agonizing to their fans...who unfortunately happen to live in Detroit. Poor Detroitians, Jon Kitna is really all that city has going for it. ....oh and the red wings

Hey Irish, as a long suffering Lions fan I agree about your football assesment, but gotta defend my city's sports....Pistons, Red Wings, and Tigers. No slouches in the bunch. But that won't helps the Lions on Sunday. A decent Right Offensive Tackle will. If Kitna has time to throw, it will go their way.

When's the last time Kitna had time to throw? 49 sacks this year!

I agree, the Lions seem like the right side to me still.
