Jets Wish List (if they would ever decide to spend $$ on FAs):

        Alan Faneca
Asante Samuel (maybe, its be more of sticking it to Belicheck and reunited with his player when he coached the secondary in NE)

aw heck. the packers have the cash. jared allen is moving to gb. by my decree. not sure if they will re-sign williams or not. he will probably be trying to break the bank, so i am slightly doubtful, for that reason.

            Lions Wishlist

            Derek Anderson
            Marcus Trufaunt
            Drayton Florence
            Karlos Dansby
            Max Starks
            Justin Smith
            Demorrio Williams

I know its alot, but it plug some kind of upgrade into a lot of their holes and would free them up to go in alot of directions during the draft...

I just hope in reality then can pick up at least 2 guys in that list...

                Mike Doss, UFA, Minnesota Vikings
Justin Smith, UFA, Cincinnati Bengals or Mike Rucker, UFA, Carolina Panthers
Karlos Dansby, UFA, Arizona Cardinals or Danny Clark UFA Houston Texans

wouldny mind if the eagles went for some of these players, doss maybe injury prone tho.

I have a really really hard time seeing the Lions signing any DL in free agency unless for depth.

Dansby is a poor fit in the Tampa 2, and he is staying in Arizona anyways. You aren't going to give Detroit a first and 3rd for Derek Anderson when you arleady have Drew Stanton.

I don't even think Demorrio Williams would be worth the money and I think he resigns with Atlanta anyways.

I could see the Lions signing Starks and Trufant.

I feel bad for any team that thinks they'll get something out of Max Starks.

What are the odds Briggs will come back to the Bears after this losing season?

If I am Briggs I go to the team that gives me the best contract. Winning/Losing doesn't make a difference.

A team that will look heavily at Briggs though is Green Bay. They need a WLB.

That's the problem with free agents...lots of high priced underachievers. Detroit has enough of those, but they're very thin so they may do it anyways. I agree that they won't trade picks for a QB for the same reason.

I would like Briggs on the Giants though I'm not sure Jerry Reese is willing to fork out the money required. Same goes for Samuels or another corner like Asomugha.
