What would the draft have been like if Glenn Dorsey, Jake Long, Chris Long, and Brian Brohm had declared last year for the NFL Draft? These 4 guys were the most highly touted juniors that did not committ...using this knowing hindsight knowledge of what these teams wanted, but I made a few changes of course but I have legitimate reasons.
1. OAK: Jamarcus Russell QB LSU
2. DET: Calvin Johnson WR Georgia Tech
3. CLE: Joe Thomas T Wisconsin
4. TB: Gaines Adams DE Clemson
5. ARZ: Jake Long T Michigan
6. WAS: LaRon Landry S LSU
7. MIN: Adrian Peterson RB Oklahoma
8. ATL: Chris Long DE Virginia
9. MIA: Brian Brohm QB Louisville
10. Houston Texans: Glenn Dorsey DT LSU
11. SF: Patrick Willis LB Ole Miss
12. BUF: Marshawn Lynch RB Cal
13. STL: Amobi Okoye DT Louisville
14. NYJ (f/CAR): Darrelle Revis CB Pitt
15. PIT: Lawrence Timmons LB Florida State
16. GB: Levi Brown T Penn State
17. JAX: Ted Ginn WR Ohio State
18. CIN: Leon Hall CB Michigan

20. NYG: Aaron Ross CB Texas
21. DEN: Jarvis Moss DE Florida
22. CLE (f/DAL): Brady Quinn QB Notre Dame
23. KC: Dwayne Bowe WR LSU
24. NE (f/SEA): Reggie Nelson S Florida
25. CAR (f/NYJ): Jon Beason, LB, Miami
26. DAL (f/PHI): Anthony Spencer OLB Purdue
27. NO: Robert Meachem WR Tennessee
28. SF (f/NE): Joe Staley T Central Michigan
29. BAL: Ben Grubbs G Auburn
30. SD: Michael Griffin S Texas
31. CHI: Greg Olsen TE Miami FL
32. IND: Anthony Gonzalez WR Ohio State
Dropped out: Brandon Meriweather, Justin Harrell, Adam Carriker, Craig Davis
First big change is Arizona takes Jake Long over Levi Brown because he is a better prospect, same for Atlanta passing up on Jamaal Anderson for Chris Long. I really think if Brohm was in this draft then Cameron wouldn't pass on him...he passed on Quinn because of Quinn's accuracy issues but Brohm doesn't have these...and he is 4-5 years younger than John Beck. Brohm comes from the kind of pedigree Cameron loves. Dorsey passes up Okoye. I feel like Green Bay fills their need at RT because Brown is one of the BPA on the board. Jacksonville refuses Denver's trade offer and they stay put and take the deep threat they miss on offense in Ted Ginn. Then the rest of the draft just fills out imo like it normally would have.
