The Atlanta Falcons need a Head Coach that can manage people. The Falcons have personalities like no other team in the NFL and plan on getting talent on offense in this draft. They need a coach that can nurture this while getting them to produce on offense at the same time. My perfect candidate is Dallas Offensive Coordinator Jason Garrett. He would be a wonderful coach to get a young team going. The only problem is I believe Jerry Jones feels the same way I do and is preparing a Contract for Garrett that would guarantee him to be the next Dallas Head Coach. So Garrett may not be going anywhere anytime soon. Jason Garrett is a perfect Head Coach for a young offensive team.
