Okay Bills mock but for some reason I like Carlson more than Davis. I'd rather take Dre Moore to finish our 4 DT rotation or even Joe Flacco because TE has shown me nothing in bad weather. Ali Highsmith is a great pick I've seen some mocks were he is in the late 1st.

              1st-Malcolm Kelly-A
              2nd-Fred Davis-B
              3rd-Steve Justice-C
              3rd-Ali Highsmith-A+

"Another receiver for Vince Young to work with. Seriously, what are they thinking with Eric Moulds and Brandon Jones?"

They are still thinking Moulds is 25 and still a beast.

When you allow 296 rushing yards to a running back, there's something fundamentally wrong with your defense.
You have that down for the Chargers.

I would say that Brian Brohm is also an option, but I seriously doubt Arthur Blank trusts anyone from the University of Louisville right now.
                  ...LOL

With the age of their defense I really think Baltimore will address the quarterback situation in free agency or not at all.

Even though he shares carries now, I think Marion Barber will be a feature back next season. They just want to keep his legs fresh now b/c they have 2 good RBs... so why not use them both?

The Chargers did allow 296 rushing yards?

                        FYI Walter :

Lions needs may be changing, and quickly.

Rumor has it that the future of Offensive Coordinator Mike Martz is extremely unstable. Martz could very well remain the offensive corrdinator of the Lions next season (i believe the last year of his contract). But rumors are running wild in Detroit that Martz may resign or be fired following the season.

Mainly due to his 70% pass philosophy. If he is fired and a new, more conventional offensive coordinator is brought in then the Lions will have to take into strong consideration their runningback position.

Kevin Jones has suffered another severe injury and is likely to still be rehabbing again when next season starts (ACL Tear).

Regardless i expect the Lions to pursue alot of help in the secodnary through free agency. They have a Safety Tandem in place that they like. Gerald Alexander will remain the starting Free Safety and Daniel Bullocks is expected to make the move to Strong Safety next season. If the Lions can land one (if not more) of the top 5 corners in free agency (Asante Samuels, Marcus Trufaunt, Drayton Flornece, Randall Gay, Domanique Foxworth RFA) then they may seriously consider RB in the first round, especially with Rashard Mendenhall still available.

So be sure to keep an eye out on how things shake out with Mike Martz, it could have severe Draft repercussions.

the eagles need a little more Reggie Smith cb/s. Now i no Kenny phillips isn't a option anymore since they will be drafting in the 19-15 range.

I don't think it will have much impact. What the lions learned this year is that they need help in the ENTIRE defense and the O-line. They traded for Tatum Bell last year because of Jones' injury and they still have him. Duckett has played well and will probably start.

Since Matt Millen is still there they may do something stupid like draft an RB, but it is way down the list what they should be doing and what they need most.

Oops, read that wrong. I just looked at 296 rushing yards and was like "Oh, Peterson for the Vikings." Didn't pay enough attention to the allowed part lol.
