The Tampa Tribune reports he is out...but Quincy Black has played very good this year. The NYG backs are not fast, but Black is more athletic than June is.

I think Kiffin will have Black ready. I also have to evaluate with the Giants injuries. Still like the Bucs to cover by a touchdown.
