For those of us that actually love college football (does not include Walter I suppose).

Put your thoughts, predictions, analysis here.

I'm starting to rethink my pick, might just change it to LSU -4.5 with only 1 unit. I'm just back and forth I'll put my bet it before the game.

Should be the best BCS game this year. Although I didnt think that LSU belonged a month ago, I do believe it makes for the best match-up. I like Ohio St to play mistake free football and win 27-20. If Ohio St should win it should leave no debate on who the best team was for the 2007-08 season.

I don't think Boeckman is going to play mistake free football. He hasn't seen a defense like this all season long. Remember. Ohio State only put up 13 points against Michigan.

Honestly Matt, I would argue that I like college football more than you do because I want to see it perfected and unflawed.

lol Walter you don't understand it will never ever be unflawed. Every year every tournament is flawed:

1. Teams get snubbed in NCAABB
2. Too many teams/games in NBA
3. NFL...Jamie Dukes criticized that there should be 16 teams in the tournmanet...testament once again that he has no clue.

I think the MLB has the best tournament.

If we have an 4-8 team NCAAF tournament it would still be flawed. 2/3 teams would get snubbed every single year.

Depends how you look at it. In college football the regular season is more important than the post season. Every game counts, and you almost can't afford to lose (in most years), college basketball isn't the same. I do think the BCS has produced the best team in the country almost every year except one. I would say it has done its job well.

If I had to bet on it, I predict OSU to come out strong on offense but the defense being strong point with some nice blitzes that will later be countered in the second half. I think Dorsey and Jackson will play their asses off as well and Jacob Hester. Ultimately I think LSU wins as long as Miles isnt cornered and out coached.

I don't know EA. Ohio State hasn't played since November 17th. Thats a concern.

It is a concern and I give he nod to LSU, that reason being one of them. Im just concerned after watching Les Miles make decisions in crunch time throughout games this year. Any of those calls that he made could have easily back fired. If and only if hes put in that situation this year it could cost them the game.

Great point EA. Ohio State has a huge coaching advantage in this game. Personally I think Miles is the most overrated coach in college in terms of decision making during games. Off the field he is great, and a good motivator.

Wow...I'm sorry but it saves a lot of time, is much less of a hassle, etc. 30% is good enough for me. I'm sorry that it isn't 100% Walter. Then again Vince Young JUST WINS GAMES.

I think Tressle will be very well prepared this year, they have a chip on there shoulder. Tressle is one of the best big game coaches and will have his team ready better prepared this time around. LSU dosent have nearlly the speed or offense Florida had last year. Bennies wells should be the deciding factor. If he runs well Ohio State will be able to control the tempo of the game. If glen Dorsey has a monster game it could be a differant story. keep the ball out of LSU's hand as much as possible.

i have no play on tonights game, but i had LSU on a parlay before but that ticket lost. Anyway i hope OSU keeps it close and possibly wins, cant wait to watch OSU Defense.
