(If ESPN screwed up please tell me) He and his family surely don't need the money (Father is Professional Wrestling Legend Joe {Road Warrior Animal} Laurinaitis) and as long as he doesn't get hurt he can improve his stock for next year. One thing is for sure, Ohio State is really mucking up Matt and Walter's Mock Drafts eh?

If you invest your money and don't overly spend your paycheck, being a top 15 draft pick can set you up for life if you play in the NFL for just 3 years.

I mean get a diploma...to make 50k a year? Why? If you need your diploma then you saved your money to go back and get it with plenty of money to spare.

Sense of satisfaction saying I did it. Maybe he's staying for his parents, make his parents proud. Maybe like Sienna said, he just wanted the women that come with being big man on campus.

Yeah but for his parents? It is his life not his parents life. His parents should support his decision no matter what but help him make that decision objectively.

It's pretty selfish in my opinion for his parents to say they want to see him get his degree just for their own satisfaction.

A college degree isn't necessarilly the best thing for a professional athlete, especially a projected top 16 pick in the NFL Draft.

Also, there are tons of groupies in the NFL I am sure...probably not as much as the NBA but you can get with any women you want if you play in the league.
