As a Penn State fan, I'd love him in Happy Valley, but every QB who has been on the team, going as far back as right after Kerry Collins, has gotten progressively worse. I don't think it would be good for his career to go to PSU, though he would have the time of his life because it's the No. 2 party school in the nation.
