  • SEC Power Rankings: McGuire vs. Chris Low

    http://sports.espn.go.com/ncf/news/story?id=3257667

Here are my SEC power rankings as of now:

    1. Georgia
    2. Florida
    3. South Carolina
    4. LSU
    5. Tennessee
    6. Alabama
    7. Arkansas
    8. Auburn
    9. Kentucky
    10. Ole Miss
    11. Miss State
    12. Vanderbilt

Shocker at #3 with USC ... last year I said they would suck but this year I think they are a very big threat. The quarterback talent in this conference is really bad (as usual). We don't even know if Mallett can play or not, it will be interesting if he can because Petino is an offensive genius, even if it is for only one season.

Player to Watch in the SEC: Matthew Stafford

Can he play with more accuracy, maturity, and consistency as a junior? He has the talent he just needs to put it all together. With all the experience he has I expect him to eventually play to his talent level ... better do it before Knowshon leaves as a top ten pick. This Georgia OL is one of the best in the country and the defense is fierce. Stafford has every opportunity to shine. It's up to him. Could he be the next high rising junior QB?
    2014-2015 Kentucky Wildcats (38-1)

Congrats to Wisconsin. Even more congrats to UK haters.
