"The Bears reportedly offered a guy who has yet to go for 1,000 yards $8 million guaranteed, and he turned it down. Apparently the Titans and Vikings show are interested in going to $12 million and he has a visit in place with Minnesota on Friday."

See there are no great FAs this year so all the decent middle of the pack guys might get great contracts for lack of other options. I say let him go.
