Fairly impressed. Getting rid of old deadwood, bringing in younger guys who will help bring some good competition to the team and long term help.

Jason Taylor will be gone anytime soon IMO. Apparently the Packers and the Vikes are willing to offer 2nd rounders + an undisclosed mid round pick for Taylor, I'm sure Parcells would jump at that.

It's pretty easy to run a good team. I'm surprised more teams just don't start rebuilding earlier and cutting a lot of the franchise fat.
