3rd and 6th rounder? That's it? That's pretty low for him. Thought he'd cost more than Shaun Rodgers and Kris Jenkins did.

That would be a horrible trade. A 2nd and 5th would work IMO.

I know but that isn't waht the guys said

"For a 3rd and 6th Rounder;Dont have a link but I heard that its been tentatively agreed to but Stroud wants his contract restructured before anything happens."

"Yup. Same reports by the Buffalo news in this mornings TV update"

Also another guy on differnt MB heard it on the radio.

So no deal yet untill they re-do his deal

I mean I'm glad for the Bills and as long as Stroud says in the AFC ... but I want the Bucs to make a move for him. I think he is a top 5 DT in the NFL.

Good trade for both teams. Stroud will surprise a bunch of people this year.

                          Only thing

"Buffalo's run defense just got more stout. Stroud, 30, hasn't been the same since undergoing ankle surgery in 2006, but he's a premier tackle when healthy. That isn't often. Profootballtalk reports that Stroud will receiver more upfront money on his current deal, but won't get a significant raise from the Bills."

He hasn't been THAT unhealthy. At least not from what I can remember.

"Bills have officially signed former Vikings DT Spencer Johnson to a five-year deal. Rumors started to swirl about a potential Johnson signing last night. The 286-pound Johnson played behind Pat and Kevin Williams in Minnesota and was regarded as their "pass rush specialist" inside. He is the ideal fit at the 3-technique in the Cover-2 scheme"

Johnson had 3 sacks and 16 QB pressures last year, he didn't even start. So I'm 50/50 on this one. I still think he will be cut after 2+ years.

so our depth looks like this

3T-John McCargo (can play both), Spencer Johnson
                              1T-Marcus Stroud, Kyle Williams

not too bad, I still want Dre Moore cuz I have a man crush on him
