If he ran a 40-yard dash, could someone please post the time. I'd be very interested in his numbers.

That is different from sprinter to sprinter I'd say. If you can reach your maximum speed early and then hold it to the finish you'll likely win.Forgive me I'm Swedish!Comment

As per NFL.com
WR Justin Gatlin (5-11 7/8, 195): Ran a 4.45 and a 4.42 in the 40. Had a 40 ½-inch vertical jump, 11-foot long jump, 4.4 short shuttle and 7.36 cone drill and 12 reps in the bench press. The former Olympic sprinter faces long odds of getting signed.
Wow, he really needs some work on the COD drills. Still considering he probably hasn't been training that hard, or indeed specifically for this sort of workout, they are pretty impressive raw numbers. I wonder what his hands are like....Comment

When Gatlin couldn't make the Bucs roster, his hope for an NFL career was over.2014-2015 Kentucky Wildcats (38-1)
Congrats to Wisconsin. Even more congrats to UK haters.

Wow that'd be crazy if someone signed him and he could burn people like Bob "Bullet" Hayes used to for Dallas. Apparently, this isn't his first tryout. He's worked out with the Texans and Bucs last year. It would be fun to see him get in a game situation.Cowboys Mock GM
Bring that title back to Big D!Comment

If Billy Crystal can do it, so can Gatlin. Bring him in for a preseason game and see how he does.Comment
