Flacco has a ton of upside though. I wouldn't be appalled if my Bucs took him at 20 because of that high upside and we are team that can afford to gamble moreso than most.

I wish Kiper elaborated on why Darren McFadden isn't elite, because he isn't. He would have owned McFraud.
