    Isn't Bobby Engram in Chicago?

Some good points there Casey, I actually was very aware of your troubles at WR but I chose to address other needs with your 4 picks. Sadly, I now think 25 is too early for Kelly so your options in this mock would be Manningham or Doucet.

I'm starting to think Albert is going to go in the top 15 but I'm not making that big of a change at this point, it would be an incredible amount of work.

I think your Texans draft is very solid, Id love Williams to fall to us in the first but I don't think Chicago will take Brohm that early. I like the Ray Rice pick in the 3rd but we are kind of full at that position already with Ahman Green, Chris Brown, Darius Walker, Ron Dayne and Chris Taylor I think after everyone has said it is a big need Im not so sure we will draft one... unless someone unmissable falls to within an opportunity of trading up maybe.

I had CAR taking Williams and HOU grabbing Otah until very recently. I think that would have been a mistake on my part because Winston is good at RT and there's no reason to think Otah can play LT.

I really wouldnt be upset if we took Williams though, as I said in my writeup it all depends on whether or not Jordan Gross can play LT. I based my change on recent interviews with Gross where he sounds like he thinks he can.

I disagree that you don't need a RB though, half the guys you listed will get injured and the other half will suck. Sorry.

Very fun commentary. An enjoyable read.

I also cannot argue about too many picks you made for the Bears. You filled a lot of our needs, albeit in a different order, I think Brohm is a real reach at 14 and Brown in the 2nd round ( you did point that out though).

I also want to point out that it seems that every person on this forum is a fan of some crap team Easy for everyone to make fun of everyone elses pix, but very interesting!!
            Bears offseason wish list:

Jay Cutler, I am good, for now.

Wow I would ****ing kill myself if the bears actually did that. Horrible value at just about every pick.

Seeing how I bashed your mock I'll give you what I think would be better.
                1. Chris Williams OT
                2. Malcolm Kelly WR if Brohm isn't available
                3a. Chilo Rachal OG
                3b. Kevin Smith RB
                4. Erik Ainge QB
                5. Andre Fluellen DT/ Lavelle Hawkins WR

Well you may have to draft for need instead of value, considering you have no O-line and Grossman/Orton at QB.

It will come down to how much better they think Brohm is than one of the 2nd tier guys - to me, starting a season with Grossman/Orton/Ainge at QB would cause more suicidal thoughts than reaching for Brohm and Brown

You saying suicidal makes me assume you think brohm would be our starter day one? That is suicidal. All Orton has is a .667% winning percentage and Grossman took us to a super bowl.

Rexy can earn his 1 year deal and start off the season. It's just a mock but I'm thinking you guys may finally want to have a franchise QB on your roster. Brohm isn't even that big of a reach, I also said that TB takes him if you don't.

Ya but the bears #1 need is at OT. Chris Williams would definetly be bpa at that point. Brohm will most likely slide to round 2 and unless the the Bucs dont think they can make another playoff run then maybe they would go QB.

Since you obviously are a Bears fan too, what do you think of Mendenhall at 14 if hes available? I know we need OL, but the more I consider other RB, I think there is a plausible dropoff after him, he could be a stud and we can get OL help in rd2 and later. What are your thoughts?

I personally don't like the idea. We absolutely need OL help. We still have 3 capable RBs which none are stars and Benson is a bust for a top 5 pick he still is talented. I'd take Gosher Cherilus over Mendenhall if Clady, Williams and Albert are off the board. Any RB can be shut down but a good RB and a good OL are tough to stop.
