I'll be pretty pissed if CAR takes Phillips at 13. But I would be very happy to get Sims in the 2nd.

Nice draft, but I don't think Sam Baker goes in the first round.

Miami doesn't need Dan Connor now that they have Reggie Torbor.

I might kill Jerry Reese if he picks Reggie Smith in the first round.

Caldwell is a solid pick though.

Eh. I wouldn't be mad if the Giants took Smith in the first round. I like him as a prospect, despite his awful 40 time. He'll likely play safety unless he can get quicker.

Cason to the Chargers isn't happening unless they draft him as a safety, which is doubtful. They have Quentin Jammer/Antonio Cromartie manning the outside.

They need corners to defend teams like NE and DAL and IND. You have to have a solid nickle if not deeper, and there is always injuries. They dont really have many other needs that present value at this pick. Maybe offensive tackle.

Carl Nicks should go before someone like Cason, no matter how much I love Cason. And I think Cason is the #3 CB in this class, and the least likely to bust out of this entire CB class.

The Chargers have a gaping hole at Right Tackle that needs to be filled. I don't think a 4th round OT will step in immediately. The first rounder they take can. That 4th round CB can probably play as a nickel or dime back immediately.

San Diego is strong at corner, I fail to see the rational for that pick. I glad to see someone who doesn't hate Carl Nicks right now. He has gotten a bad name for no reason.
