Very neat to see how the draft shakes down in reverse. =D

I think the Giants would take Glenn Dorsey at #1 overall. I know we picked Jay Alford in the 3rd round last year, but Barry Cofield and Fred Robbins are a pair of decent, if unspectacular tackles. Adding Glenn Dorsey to the mix would just be lethal. Imagine a front for of Umenyiora-Dorsey-Tuck-Strahan on passing downs. Jesus Christ.

Yeah I really struggled with Dorsey and Jake Long at No. 1. Can't go wrong either way since their DL is already really really good, but I can't say that about the OL.

Congrats to Wisconsin. Even more congrats to UK haters.

I'll agree there, and Jake Long at RT/LT would still be a great pick for them. I just think the Giants can afford to gamble on a guy like Dorsey that high up, because of that ridiculous upside.

Funny enough, I'd be mad if the first rounder from the Giants was a OL in the real mock...

Yeah blaze orginially I did have Dorsey #1 in my initial mock, but I changed it up and tweaked it just a bit before I gave Walter my final version.

I was just thinking, I wish I called it a "Reverse Mock" rather than "backwards" ... I think it sounds much better and probably better word usage. Oh well, wait until Reverse Mock Draft 2009.

I personally couldn't see us taking Dorsey with the 2nd pick.

However i'm struggling to think of who we'd take.

Chris Long to replace KGB who's getting on in age?

It'd be too early to take a CB.

So it proably would be Dorsey.

If Chris Long went to SF, I would run naked through the streets of San Francisco and video tape it and put it on youtube.

I actually like this mock more than your real mock I dont really have a problem with any of the picks. even sweed to the Bears ( cant really argue with any offensive player to CHI!) With how the rookies get paid, the NFL should penalize the best 4 teams with the top picks in RD1, then go in worst to first order.
                        Bears offseason wish list:

Jay Cutler, I am good, for now.

Ah that's where I posted this.

But seriously good idea for a mock I like it. Good pick for the JETS too.
