I don't know how I feel about the Boys getting stomped. On the one hand I hate both teams, on the other I want the Boys to win the division so they get a bad draft slot.

After keeping any issues internal during the season's first six games, at least two Cowboys players have decided to break ranks, telling NFL Network's Jane Slater that the team's coaching staff is "totally unprepared."
"They don't teach," the unnamed player told Slater. "They don't have any sense of adjusting on the fly."
Another Cowboys played added, "They just aren't good at their jobs."

Uh oh. Can't say I'm surprised that McCarthy is a bad coach though. Aaron Rodgers built that man's whole career.
I would think it's more directed at the defensive coaches but that's beside the point. This team has so much quit in them, spanning multiple regimes, it's bleak

Our players stink and the culture is bad. They have no right to be doing this again already.

Time to clean out the roster? Would Jerry even allow that? I'll have to admit, this stretch has given me more respect for Dak, having to play hero ball every week this year just to keep the team afloat. Kinda like Carson Wentz.
And then of course, Dak. Figure he gets the tag again although I don't know if he signs it. Really hoping he's healthy or "ahead of schedule" by Feb/March and they can just get the deal done, otherwise I don't think it will. And yeah, this team's culture/chemistry issues will be on full tilt without the stability he provides, as I've said they would.

It's tough for them to move on from a lot of guys next year, more realistically '22, unless they were able to work a trade, at least with Cooper, DLaw and Zeke. Guessing they don't move on from any of the OL just yet although Tyron might retire. Jaylon Smith is the curious one, they can save a decent amount post-June 1 releasing him but that would be a huge admission of failure which is just not Jerry's MO, same reason McCarthy's going nowhere.

Jets are having a full blown fire sale now, too. Probably gonna have Gase go 0-16 to ensure the #1 overall pick. Though there are rumors that Lawrence will return to Clemson if the Jets are #1.

Getting a good young player in Ngakoue for a fraction of the cost. Bastards are good at stuff like this. The Vikings are preparing for the tank I guess.
