    The Vikings + Brett Favre = Super Bowl?

    You know, I was just chatting with a Packer buddy of mine and our discussion went that direction. The concept was soooo thought provoking that I just had to share the possiblity of such a move.

    I'm sure every Packer fan that reads this just got a little bit of puke in their mouth. heh

    Still though, after Farves comments on Letterman last night, I wonder if he'd do it if the Vikings made him the right offer.

    Has hell frozen over? What's next?

    Fire and brimstone falling from the sky.

    A) It will never ever happen. If it does i will burn all of my favre jerseys!

    Serious question though, would we (GB) not have to be compensated because i'm thinking we hold his rights/contract?

      If it works like the NBA since he hasnt filed the papers yes the Packers would have to trade him because they own his contract. When the contract expires he could move on without compensation. If it works like the NBA.

          Yeah, Favre is under contract with the Packers right now. The Vikings would need to somehow procure his contract through trades.
