Will McGrady ever win?

McGrady got win #1 and his Rockets closed the gap in round 1 against the Jazz. I actually can see the Jazz coming out of the West this year so I don't think McGrady will get his playoff rd 1 W this year but will he ever?

I think with Yao back they will be a very good team next year, however not an elite team so maybe they will lose in Rd 2 next year?
