  • Sedrick Ellis to the Patriots?

Anyone buying this rumor? It's so hard for me to believe, but like all rumors that threaten my mock draft it has me worried.
    2014-2015 Kentucky Wildcats (38-1)

Congrats to Wisconsin. Even more congrats to UK haters.

I cant imagine the kiniption that is giving you, given the temper tantrum you threw about them taking dorsey if he fell

There is something in another post about a trade already done where the saints and pats traded spots. nothing confirmed though.
    Bears offseason wish list:

Jay Cutler, I am good, for now.

I just heard a rumor and I thought it might be true at 1st, but The Saints are rumored to have traded up to pick 7 to try and grab Ellis there, but that doesn't make sense, because how do they know for sure he will be there at 7 at this point

They'll trade after the Chiefs pick.

Anyway, why the hell would the Pats want Ellis? They already have an outstanding DT, and they would be better off with Rivers/Mayo/McKelvin/Cromartie/Branden Albert, players who could fill needs.

ESPN just reported Albert will most likely go to KC at #5. I'm not sure he will go at 5 but it seems KC is targeting him.

Someone said that they'll take Ellis and move him to DE and put Seymour back at DT. dunno if it's reliable though

                      Ellis can't play 5 technique.

                      It's a smokescreen.

5 technique is the 3-4 defensive ends.

The prototype's size is 6'5 310 and really quick, like Richard Seymour or Shaun Ellis.

5 techs are supposed to plug up the run and play 2 gaps on occasion.

So they can trade down if they can't trade up for a player....their just keeping all their options.

and no way Ellis can play the 5 T. he would play the 1 T position in the 3-4
