A huge signing for the 2007 Draft class, Adams being the highest pick signed so far. 6 years, terms of deal not exposed yet I believe.

I thought the Bucs should have traded up for Calvin Johnson at the time, but with Simeon Rice aging, Gaines Adams was a great pick.

The Bucs really added much more talent and decreased their team needs by not trading for CJ.2014-2015 Kentucky Wildcats (38-1)
Congrats to Wisconsin. Even more congrats to UK haters.

Personally I think the problems the problems the Bucs had at QB last year made their reciever problems look worse than they really were. I'm not sure Garcia can change that as he has struggled in his two previous starting jobs (Browns and Lions), but I can't imagine he could be worse than any of the three previous starters last year in Gradkowski, Rattay and Simms.

I'd like to echo Zero Cool's thoughts on Garcia. He's going to make the Bucs into a playoff contender this year. He had nothing to work with in Detroit and Cleveland. He proved himself last year with the Eagles.

That Adams pick is looking pretty good now that Rice is gone. We'll have to see how Adams and Calvin Johnson play though.
