I was copy-pasting from my own thing. My bad. I removed it.

And by the way guys, I updated it to Walter's order so you can compare the two. That's the only reason I could find to update it, but also I would like the mocks to be more "uniform."
Walter when are you coming out with your 7 round 2009 mock?2014-2015 Kentucky Wildcats (38-1)
Congrats to Wisconsin. Even more congrats to UK haters.

Seahawks Round 2 pick has the same analysis as their round 1 pick.
I don't see Michael Jones as a 2nd round pick, but we've already argued McGaha vs. Jones.
I'm a bit surprised you don't have any QB going until #36, but I suppose you're basing it off of how the draft would fall out if we had it today.
I'm concerned over Dace Richardson's injury. He's a fine prospect, but look at what injuries did to Eric Young and Kirk Barton.
And with Perry... if we go by what "Lions look for", you'd have Heyward-Bey in that slot instead.- Also known as Dan.

You're probably right about Richardson, BUT I think he is highly talented and next season hasn't happened yet.
He is healthy for all games and plays great and it coudl be a Dorsey like situation where the doubts are erased for the most part.2014-2015 Kentucky Wildcats (38-1)

This was a perfect opportunity for a Matt Millen joke.

Additionally, I don't think Dace Richardson is to the OT position what Glenn Dorsey was to the DT position. We're talking about a guy who could be the best DT to come into the NFL in the last decade, if not longer. Richardson is a solid tackle, but there's other guys in the draft who are nearly as good, and better. Thus, teams are less likely to ignore the injury concerns on Richardson, because his talents aren't quite as eye-catching.- Also known as Dan.

I know, but I think talent level has a lot to do with analyzing that situation.- Also known as Dan.

Here's the thing. There's plenty of other tackles of comparable talent to Dace Richardson. Andre Smith, Ciron Black, Alex Boone, Eugene Monroe, Max Unger, Phil Loadholt all come to mind. That's six prospects that you could look at and say, "Hmm. These guys are about on Dace's level. But they don't have the injury history.". If I'm the GM and it's my turn on the clock, I'm going to take the less injured player. Richardson is a solid tackle, but there's alternatives for him.
Dorsey was heralded as a once-a-decade DT prospect. Sedrick Ellis was the closest alternative, and everyone agreed that in raw talent, Ellis couldn't beat Dorsey. Where do we go after there? Kentwan Balmer, who was a late first rounder? Pat Sims? Dre Moore? All decent players, but none were on Dorsey's level. Hell, Dorsey was supposed to be the #1 overall for what, 2/3rds of the season? 3/4ths?
Dace Richardson is a great player, don't get me wrong. But I don't think Richardson will ever establish himself as a far superior prospect to the other 1st-2nd round OT's. Dorsey was clearly superior to all his alternatives, MAYBE excepting Sedrick Ellis. I had Ellis going #3 to the Falcons until the LSU Pro Day, because of the injury concerns.Last edited by Blazedestin; 05-29-2008, 03:18 AM.- Also known as Dan.

Huh. I was wrong. I just never noticed your second round the whole time. That explains why I didn't bring up the topic earlier.Last edited by Blazedestin; 05-29-2008, 03:25 AM.- Also known as Dan.
